Title、Undisturbed possession、No hidden debts or chargesに関するGuaranteeは残ります。

Business

ABN

Business name

GST

Handmade only、Vintage only、No imported resale、 No electrical goods、No cosmeticsなどの条件があれば、 法律上販売可能でもそのMarketでは売れません。

  • Second-hand / Vintage category
  • Public / Product Liability Insurance
  • Tent、Table、Weights、Display、Electricity

  • Mandatory safety standard
  • Mandatory information standard
  • Permanent / Interim ban
  • Required warning、Instructions、Labelling

Missing partsGuard、Strap、Screw、Battery cover、Instruction
DamageCrack、Burn、Frayed cable、Rust、Loose part
DescriptionKnown defect、Wear、Repair history

Consumer guarantees

「NO REFUNDS」はBusinessではNG

ACCCは、Consumer guaranteesに基づく権利を一律に否定する 「No refunds」「No refunds on sale items」のPolicyは違法になり得ると説明しています。 [5][6]

Change of mind

Cosmetics

AICIS Registration

CosmeticsのIngredient labelling

9. Candle

  • Lead wick ban

Button / Coin batteries

Magnet toy

Victoria

Receipt

  • Material / Ingredient / Supplier。
  • Mandatory standard
